Madde 2- Av hayvanlari uc gruba ayrilmistir - Paragraph 2- Hunting species separated in three groups 1 - Her vakit avlanabilenler - Unprotected species can be hunted year around; A) Memelilerden - Mammals, (Vasak - Lynx, Kurt - Wolf, Cakal - Jackal Yaban domuzu - Wild Boar, Pars - Leopard, Sirtlan - Hyena, Kaplan - Tiger ) B) Kuslardan - Birds ,(Kargalar - Crows ) C) Yerde surunenlerden - Crawling species (Yilanlar - Snakes, Kaplumbagalar - Turtles ) II - Belli edilen zamanlarda avlanabilenler - Can be hunted during the proclaimed hunting seasons A) Memelilerden - Mammals (yaban kedisi - wild cat, zerdeva - pine marten, kokarca - skunk, sincap - squirrel, samsar - marten, susamuru - otter, ceylan gazelle, gelincik -weasel, porsuk - badger, kunduz - beaver, tavsan - rabbit, tilki - fox, karaca - deer , dagkecisi - mountain goat, ayi - bear. B) Kuslardan - Birds (Keklik - partridge, yabani horoz - wild rooster, erkek sulun - male pheasant, tavus famililyasi -peafowl families, cil - hazel grouse, bildircim familiyasi - quail (all species), yaban ordegi - wild duck (all species), sariasma - ???, yaban kazi - wild geese, kugu kusu - swan, culluk - woodcock, turna - crane, toy - bustard, kuzgun - raven, bataklik kuslari - all swamp or shorebird species.
